The terms that apply when you buy the Italy Move Toolkit. Last updated October 2026.
These terms apply to purchases of the Italy Move Toolkit (the Toolkit) from Italy Checklist (italychecklist.com), operated by Bernardo Almeida. By buying the Toolkit you agree to them. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer.
A digital toolkit for organising a move to Italy, delivered as a link to a Notion template, an Excel and Google Sheets workbook, an Obsidian vault (a zip file of notes) and a printable PDF workbook. It is delivered electronically, on a download page you are sent to right after payment. No physical goods are shipped.
The price is shown on the Toolkit page and at checkout, in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe through its Managed Payments service, in which Stripe, through Link, acts as the merchant of record. This means your receipt and invoice come from Link, and your card statement shows LINK.COM* followed by our name. The price excludes sales tax or VAT, which is calculated at checkout where it applies.
When you buy the Toolkit you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use it for yourself and your household. You may edit your copy for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the Toolkit, share the download page or the files with people outside your household, or present the Toolkit as your own work.
The Toolkit is provided as it is on the date of purchase. We may improve it from time to time, but we do not promise updates, and a copy you have already duplicated or downloaded does not change.
The Toolkit is general information and a way to organise your move. It is not legal, tax, immigration, financial or medical advice, and it does not guarantee any outcome. Rules, forms, fees and procedures change and vary by location and situation. Verify requirements with the relevant Italian office, your consulate or a qualified professional. You are responsible for your own filings and decisions.
See our Refund Policy.
If a file does not open or a link does not work, write to hello@italychecklist.com with the email address you used to buy, and we will help.
To the extent the law allows, the Toolkit is provided as is, and we are not liable for decisions you make or outcomes you experience while using it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Toolkit is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
We do not collect or store the documents or data you keep in the Toolkit. See our Privacy Policy for what we do collect.
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
