Ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase and you will get a full refund. You don't need to give a reason, although we are always glad to hear what was missing.
The full price you paid, including any sales tax or VAT that was collected. The refund goes to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show it.
If a file does not open or a link does not work, write to us first. We will usually fix it quickly. You can still ask for a refund if you prefer.

Please contact us or Link before disputing the charge with your bank. We can normally refund faster than a dispute can be resolved.
Payments are handled by Stripe through Link, which may also issue refunds under its own rules. This policy does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law, such as the rules of the country where you live.
